Fraud/Cheating Costumers

This is a total fraud company. I subscribed to an yearly pack, at the time of getting service, they said that a TV box will be delivered in 14 days however it came to me after three months. Even after receiving the TV box it never worked perfectly well. It had issues from the very beginning and since last 21 days the problem is worse. I have never been able to watch since last 21 days. Customer service is useless - and they lie a lot. Everytime I submit a complaint, they respond back the the problem has been fixed and still the TV box does not work. They will not refund the money or let me talk to any of their supervisors.

Beware of this fraud company.
