Ripoff fraudulent deceptive trade practices in return credit of defective merchandise

I ordered 2 professional makeup cases on line at Yazmo.com and paid with my bank debit card. The cases were defective—internal trays did not fit into brackets and kept falling into the bottom of the case rendering them unuseable.

I filled out the return authorization form on Yazmo.com as required describing the problem and requesting a full refund. Their online policy clearly states that they charge a 25% restocking fee only when returns are made because of quality issues and they refund fully defective products.

After filling out the form and sending emails, I called customer service who told me that they would be charing me a 25% restocking fee even though I returned the cases because they were defective.

I feel their refund policy is deceptive and that it is wrong to charge / penalize any customer for return of defective products.
