When I first signed up for the internet, I was told it was the fastest internet they could provide with a promotion price of $25. Ever since we got the internet it has continued to drop, at least 4 times a day. After a couple months of this we finally decided to call. The customer service rep told us that he had dropped 90 times and the average is 70 after a couple months, and that it is normal for the internet to drop at least 10 times a month. I call to cancel and now I have to pay $150 cancellation fee. Isn't that just wonderful? AT&T provides shitty internet and then in turn you have to pay them once again??? I will never do business with AT&T ever again. If you are smart you will stay away too.
