Internet Failed on Secure Sites Since Day One, $425 Fee to Cancel

Got dish internet has not worked on any secure server since day one have called multiple times finally tech came and it worked for one day I am told when I call that will be escalated and working in 24hrs never happens I went two weeks with no service at all would like to cancel internet as I have always been pleased with tv service but can't pay $425 fee please provide the service I pay for or let me out of contract
