I bought a phone in T mobile with 90 days warranty in the first month it failed and I shipped for warrant then today I received just the front of the phone without battery, charges, back cover and memory and I called to complain and they said they will not ship the rest and that I should not have sent it and I said that nobody told me that before I shippped then I asked if they have the phone call recorded and they found that I did not receive the instruction if they will send me the accesories and he said not, then they are keeping my accesories and the phone is uselesss
