Asos.com scam: cheat on size and sell worn items!

Just now I bought a dress from asos.com on sale. The first time, it sent me an incorrect item without the "unused condition" tag, which looks like the dress has been worn before. So I complained and got a replacement. I asked for a size M, specified a couple of time in the email communications and everything. The replacement comes in and I tried, found it too large to be size M.

So I have a closer look at the dress' label, found that somebody use a pen and wrote a "M" on to cover the original size "L" statement! And the dress also comes without the "unused condition" tag!!! And on the transparent plastic package, somebody also put a "M" sticker to cover the original "L" sticker!!!

As a long time customer who bought from there more than several times, I'm now very angry with asos.
