Can asos.com be trusted?

I ordered on the 19th of may, still did not receive any of my things. When I sent them a message they said that my order was lost in transit and that they will send a replacement order.
The new order includes only half of the items I originally purchased, they said they will refund the rest of the money, but I don't think I trust this site.
I will add an update if I ever receive my order. Although I highly doubt I will receive anything.
