I ordered a dress for a 50th reunion. I ordered the size I always wear. When the dress arrived it was sooooooooo small I could not even get my arms into the dress. The top was made of lace and not stretchy. Extremely small arms. Obviously the dress is new, not worn, not even tried on. I contacted them by online operator. She said, did the rest of the dress fit? Like that would help. If I can't get my arms into the dress, I do not have a viable dress. Then she said did you use our measurement chart, because theirs is different. She asked what size the dress is & I said how would I know, you made the dress, no size on it. She went further to say I should have taken my measurements and compared them to their chart. So nothing is wrong with the dress and they would not take a return.
