Give customers what works for them, not what deals you have. I have a liable complaint. I called beacuse I had several out dated boxes 1 that had totally died, beacuse I was a loyal long time customer who pays her bill on time each and evey month I was advise to get new updated boxes HD DVRs. Well that is some bull Direct employee should start looking for jobs with fios. How is it that customer service goes down for days cause of power outttage are you all not paying your bills. They are being out done by the Verizon fios tv. Representative are available 24/7.. I was told by a representative @ Direct that when my service goes out that I need to clear my dish, I informed him that a ladder was not part of my equipment package, that wind, rain, and snow causes their services to go down. Thats pretty bad. I hate the fact that they give you deals and lock you into agreements that does not works for newer tv. HD is HD DVR (please dont get talked into these boxes) you need HDMI connect to have a better picture. Than they need to train their customer service repre. To talk with there customers a little more professional... Cause you have the last say so on a person acct. Does not make you the $@#$. I will cont. To slander their service and post as many unpleasing remarks as possible. Facebook will do you guy in.
