I won't waste anyone's time with the number of minutes/hours I've spent trying to resolve a billing issue that they created. AFter paying over $800 for FIOS Triple Freedom in the five months I've had it, my account has been suspended for non-payment. A new account # was created when they switched my phone service to Digital Voice. I wasn't notified. I used the account# on the bill. It's been four days that our home has been without Internet, TV, and phone, and can I get anyone to resolve the issue? I've burnt up well over three hours in cell minutes trying to resolve the issue (mostly on hold) as we have no home phone due to their stupidity. I'm considering legal action to break my contract, and get reimbursed for loss of business. They suck.
