Pimpin' me for FIOS Connection - Fios TV, internet package

OK, Now it's been 8 months since I've switched over to Verizon Fios from a basic service package and prior to switching to Fios I was already getting swamped with unwanted calls from people asking if my home number was a Automotive repair service. This went on for MONTHS and I still get calls periodically. So, I decided to take advantage of the special promotion I heard about last Aug. 2010 only to encounter even MORE issues with my phone/internet service. After, 2 failed attempts to fix the issues by the Verizon Repairmen regarding "static calls", Missed calls and voice mails in which over a period of 8 months was FINALLY resolved I received my Bill only to discover I was being charged $137.00 for a Labor Charge/wire repair (I was with the repairman and he really didn't do jack diddly squat) I feel that this is not a option for me to hand-out my hard earned money for an issue that should have been resolved MONTHS AGO!!! In the past months, I've lost numerous side jobs, Temp. Employment all due to this issue... Not to mention missed calls from family regarding family deaths! I refuse to pay this Bill and feel that I should be rightly compensated for loss wages and time. I hope you all have better luck than I did with your FIOS package because I know I truly regret ever installing it. I guess I'll start writing the BBB next!
