Chestnut Hill Apartments Invalid charges after moveout!

Mr. Luke (current property manage) authorized a deduction of one hundred dollars from our
security deposit because we do have a receipt for a professional carpet cleaner, despite thorough cleaning and maintenance of carpet.

FYI the carpets were properly maintained and on leaving, we vacuumed it thoroughly and steamed it with utmost care like we have always maintained it.

We were slammed with extra charges for moving out on deadline date. We were giving a deadline date by the leasing office and after moveout, we were told it should have been a week further.
