Sentinel - Arrowhead Landing Apts Ripoff Held security deposit longer than the 14 business days allowed under ARS Article 2 33-1321

Lease terminated 5/31/05, Proper written 30 day notice given. Walkthrough with management done in my presence 5/31/05, manager refused to complete moveout inspection form, refused to provide me a list of alleged charges against refundable portion of security deposit.
Photographs were taken with property agent in photos at the time of moveout inspection. Apartment left cleaner than when we moved in, as noted on movein inspection.

Faxed request for itemized list of alleged charges against refundable security deposit. Property agent did not respond.

Refundable portion of deposit not returned within the 14 business days allowed under Arizona Revised Statutes.

Have filed complaint with Attorney General's office, and will be filing in Civil Court on 7/15/05.
