I received a marketing call that offered me a credit cards. During conversation I asked pacific questions to validate the function of this card. The answers I received play a vital role in my decision to join. After joining I find that none of what I was told was true except the amount which my account would be charged. I contacted the company and received pleasant service until they realized I wanted to cancel and get a refund. Now they don't even take my calls.
