Credit Card Scam, False Advertisment, Misrepresentation

This company is a scam! My roommate was told it was a Credit Card that could be used anywhere when, in fact, it could only be used at thier online stores that no one has ever heard of and that was not even the biggest mess up of this card.
We all talked it over and decided to look into the things that we could buy with it and decided on a few things and proceded to the online checkout. Our total was almost $150 and it said that we had to pay $100.48 from his bank account, which would be debited in 24 hours and that the card would pay the remaining amount (they wanted $37 to ship out 3 1 oz bottles of perfume).
My roommate asked several questions while setting up this card: "can it be used anywhere?" "is there a monthly fee?" "does the card cover the full amounts of purchases" and the answers that were given to her in response to all of these questions were false! She was told it was a credit card that could be used anywhere, which is why she got it and now she is out the $89 "processing fee" and cannot even get it back.
She called this morning to cancel the card and they would only accept a request to cancel if is was hand written or emailed. The customer service people were rude and it appears that they will lie to get your money.
