"platinum trust card" Took $89.00 from checking account without approval!

On 7-15 I was contacted by a soliciter from Platinum trust card about obtaining one of there cards. After speaking with the fast talking gentleman I did hear of an $89.00 charge and at that point told him I didnt have money for this and that I was not interested. He said at that point that he could call back at a later date to see if I had changed my mind and that the card could be used for anything at all including gas in which I had been looking for a gas card for my business. We ended the call and I never heard anything more Till I get my checking statement and there is a charge from Platinum trust on it for $89.00. After more than 10 calls to there number for customer service I finally reached a person and was directed to two more people before reaching customer service. Customer service were rude to not only me but a representive from my bank trying to find out how this was approved and how to get this refunded back to my account. After arguing with there rep for a half hour we were told to take it to the law or attoneys office that there would be nothing anyone could do that their headquarters where in Pakistan deal with it, and have a nice day!
