Bogus Order Center. Scam. Order placed. Visa charged. Order was not shipped. File closed Illinois

Following the viewing of an infomercial by Kevin Trudeau I called the 1-800 number indicated and placed an order for one of his books. My next Visa statement showed the charge for the book shipping and handling. To date, almost 6 months later, I still have not received the shipment.

I emailed ITV's Customer Support department (customersupport@itvcorporate.com). Their response is that they show the order as being delivered and they have closed my file.

I have requested they either ship the book, at no further charge to my account, or issue a full refund by way of a check.
