Beware

I purchased an HP 8500 online from Amazon and the printer arrived not working. HP wanted to send a rehab unit as a replace for a printer never used. To add insult to injury, HP's spokesperson, Aaron Campbell actually stated there was no one in the company over him for me to challenge the rehab policy, HP's so called decision maker had no problem dissembling with me—shame on him and shame on HP.

Having run companies, I would terminate Mr. Campbell for refusing a customer the right to speak to his immediate boss.
