Poor staff, Mr Aaron Campbell represents that there is no one in HP over him to address a rehab policy for a printer never used. Mr Campbell suggests that HP does not stand behind its products for the first 30 days one must go to the seller. He noted that this is not the policy if one buys HP products from HP.

I doubt Mr Campbell is correct but if he is, HP should be ashamed of itself.
