Disgusted customer service

I was shocked with the way I was treated on Saturdy 14th May in your store at chattam, kent. I bought 3DS from Walmart in Florida for $250 3 weeks ago and when we arrived back my son couldnt charge the 3DSdue to fault in the charger. When i took it to ASDA they inially agrred to change the charger as i requested as the logic. Then a young girl came (peggy) said we hadve to change the whole box... I said we dont need to change it as my son already had worked on it and there is games... She insisted... Then I agreed to change the whole. Then she rang the customer service for no reason after looking at my recied and said she has to refund what i paid in Florida which is equvalent to 140 then sell me the same for the full UK price which means i pay extra 60pounds to get the charger which worth 10 pounds... I was upset as they acted smartly to rip me off!!!
At the end i have to take my son 3Ds and go to Tesco to buy the charger... I felt disgusted with your customer treatment and i will rport the same to Wal Mart. I could have bought the 3Ds from anyshop in Florida but I have chosen Walmart so i can have warrantee here in Uk. I decided i will never buy any thing from you again and wont let anyone i know but from you and i will tell everybody about this disgusting experience... You think you are smart.!!! Lol
