Bad Charge

I got my computer from Walmart then my cord would not work off and one. Then 6 months later i got a charger from Walmart. I noticed after a few months the wire was showing now it damaged. I was transfer from one person to another, then reached manager. He said might need to mail my charger in then said i need to call another number. What good did it do to buy another year protection? I will not be shopping at Walmart again. I will be taking them to small claims court.
