I purchased the MIA Clarisonic last month but had misplaced my charger, I then emailed Clarisonic hoping for a replacement. I was handled by a representative and was contacted a few days later to place an order for a replacement charger. I received the charger a week or two after and the charger I had received was not compatible with the MIA because it was the universal charger. I had told the representative what I wanted and instead I received something that did not work what so ever.

I emailed the representative back and she didn't recognize that she was the one who placed the order for me to begin with. She said she would send me another charger as a one time exception and inquired that it would take about 2 weeks. It has been almost 3 weeks and when I tried to email her back for the tracking number she did not reply. I've emailed her 3 times already. I don't believe this is the type of customer service a provider should provide. I've had my Clarisonic for over a month and was unable to use it. What I wish is for Clarisonic to deal with this problem, I am tired of waiting for replies from their Customer Service who can't follow through with what they promise.
