WHERE IS MY PACKAGE - fedex shipping

I have tracked for almost a month now a delivery 1 of 2 that is sitting in newburg ny facility since 6/17, what the hell is going on. Prior on 6/17 stated left another package on my porch no the delivery person did not, left it at an empty home that is for sale, luckily the owner showed to check home a week and a half later and saw package, called me and i went to pick up. This is real garbage, i pay good money for deliveries and expect this company to take enough interest and responsiblity to make sure people get the deliveries they purchase. Really need to revamp your personell.
