Package Stuck at Newburg NY Facility Since 6/17

I have tracked a delivery, 1 of 2, for almost a month now, and it is sitting in the Newburg NY facility since 6/17. What is going on? Prior to that, on 6/17, it was stated that another package was left on my porch. No, the delivery person did not leave it there. It was left at an empty home that is for sale. Luckily the owner showed up to check the home a week and a half later, saw the package, called me, and I went to pick it up. This is real garbage. I pay good money for deliveries and expect this company to take enough interest and responsibility to make sure people get the deliveries they purchase. You really need to revamp your personnel.
