Not doing what it should be

I married the greatest guy in December of 09. But the marriage itself was a stressful time. I bought 2 rings from sears, and had to wait several weeks after the shipping promise to get them. Thank goodness they arrived shortly before the wedding.
Sear/Kmart continued to tell me things like this happen and finally I got fed up, I started a case with the BBB in charge of Sears and after a few rude phone calls on their part nothing was done about my frustration. I will no longer use the BBB I will continue to post my reviews of every company that does not meet my lowered expectations, but when I give you my money, I expect to be at least half-way satisfied with the outcome. Thanks for nothing BBB. I use to think that any company with your sticker somewhere would be a good one, but I think NOTHING of you now.
