Totally Agree - Kenmore 27 Refrigerato

Whether it is repair services or Sear's stores, they have lost their way. Not hard to see why their sales are decreasing drastically year over year. Used to be Sear's had world-class customer service and products. Not anymore, for sure. Lousy products, employees who have an attitude and know next to nothing about what they are doing or selling. Refuse to shop Sear's online or in store. Bought a Kenmore refrigerator 2-3 years ago and delivered by two "kids" who could care less. Damaged my laundry room floor and that got nowhere. Quality of the refrigerator leaves a lot to be desired. I won't shop at Sears or KMart which is part of Sears period.
