Best Buy
Cell Phone Insurance

Miscellaneous

I purchased a cell phone from Best Buy in 2010 and also purchased a 2 years replacement insurance with monthly payment, from them.in 2011 I lost the phone and approached Best Buy insurance. They confirmed loosing phone is not covered by the insrance and I don't qualify for getting any money back. I agreed with that. My major surprise came after that, when I requested Best Buy to stop withdrawing money (mothly insurance premium) from my account because I don't have phone any more and I don't need any insurance. I was being told it's a contract of 2 years and I will have to pay the premium. I know even if I have signed something with them, this can't be a valid contract. Can you please review my case and help me in not paying them for nothing.
