Very bad service! I booked online, when I arrived they did not have the vehicle type as booked. When I went to return the truck, I noticed that Uhaul had changed the order drop off point, to another destination. (Small writing at top of contract) My complaint went to senior management 2 weeks ago %u2013 NO REPLY as yet.
