I have been a Direct TV customer for over 15 years!!! My bill is automatically paid every month so I am Never late with a payment. I had a slight Mix up with my payment method in October and it quit getting paid. I went to there web site in November and updated my info and thought I fixed the problem. I was wrong. Direct TV never contacted me. Never Called, Never Emailed, nothing. So I get up on Sunday morning and my TV is cut off and they say I owe for three months of services plus for the movies I have purchased. When I tried to work out a payment plan with them they said no. They didn't care that I have been an excellent customer for so many years, or that this was an honest mistake that I thought I had already fixed. They were rude!!! They were not helpfull at all! They also did not care that I (The Customer) was upset and wanted to work out a solution that worked for me and them! I guess I should have just let my electricity get cut off so I could pay them immediatly. I am currently looking for another company to spend my hard earned money with! Direct TV's Customer Service is the worst I have ever delt with!!
