We have a lawn mower purchased from Sears and we have been dealing with them for 3 weeks trying to get it serviced. First we had an appt took off from work they didn't call or show up. Then we had the same thing happen a week later. So we took it else where to be repaired. We have to order parts from Sears we called today and the guy was so rude and used nasty words and was the worst person i have ever dealt with in my life. This company needs to get better help in there dept or go bankrupt cause they are losing more customers due to their unprofessional behavior. It just makes me so mad that they get away with treating people in the manor.
