Mortgage Problems

I have not ever had a home modification, my home loan has been paid faithfully every month since I have had my home. I have had to call Bank of America every month because they will not properly credit my payments. I have accrued fees due on my account that no one can tell me what they are for. I have been calling every month for a year now and this still has not been resolved. Every time I call I get sent to customer service, who transfers me back to home retention, who transfers me to special services, who transfers me back to customer service. I spend at least two hours on the phone with Bank of America every every time I call and still get no resolution. I hate that Bank of America took over my loan. I have never had a problem with Country Wide. I can't believe that I am having all of these problems and I am a good standing customer. Then the customer service rep has the nerve to tell me they appreciate my business. If I could refinance my home I would in a heart beat just to get it away from Bank of America.
