Total ripoff company

At first I thought this was a cool website to purchase Nike Shox's but was curious on how the prices were so good, well after my first order when I recieved the wrong color shoes and my other pair had 2 different shoe laces I was like "What the heck is going on". I contacted them and didn't want me to send the wrong color back due to the Holiday season was sooo busy they we're willing to give me a discount on my next order. I placed another order and there was no place to put the discount in so they said they would credit my account the difference. That 2nd order was placed on 12/2, it is 12/22 and I haven't seen my order even when I track my order there is no info after 12/18 so who knows where my order is. This company is a total joke and I wish I can fly totheir company to really tell them how I feel (I have done that in an email). I would recomendNOT using this company at all even though it is tempting with their offers. Oh by the way they guarantee 1 week delivery... Really... Please spread the word.
