Aldo: Terrible customer service and messed up shoes - Bayne Blue Heels

This is a ridiculous problem. I ordered a pair of shoes that I saw online and when I got the first pair, they were scuffed up, so I went back to the Aldo store to see what they could do, so they ordered me another pair to be shipped to my house. I get the second pair and it's in worse condition. The shoes were different colors, one was incredibly dirty while the other one was brand new. How in the world can I wear shoes like that?! Also, they gave me the sample shoe with a new shoe. Of course, I went back a third time to exchange them hoping that the third pair I received would be fine. They were not, of course. I even asked the storeperson to make sure that I didn't get the sample shoe. Obviously they are not doing their job because what did I get? Another mussed up shoe. I am furious. The shoes are cute, but definitely not worth the trouble. Customer service is terrible. I am still awaiting their answer.
