I had been a customer and fan of Journey's shoe store since the first experience.

Thursday, January 24th I ordered a pair of all black shoes from the clearance section of their website. I needed them for work so I added on 2 day shipping. The grand total was $34 and some change. Next, I recieved an email from them saying the order was processing. I see a pending purchase for Journey's online store in my online checking account register. I conclude that the order is processing as normal.

I called their "customer service" line to find out why it hadn't come after three days only to find out my order had never been processed because they were out of stock (in every size). I was never sent an email of notification, I was treated extremely poorly by their "customer service" agents and asked to speak to a supervisor, who offered to send me another pair of black shoes next day shipping. However, being on a limited budget and timeframe I had to decline because the regular priced shoes are simply too expensive and I needed them the next day (before the post arrives).

On top of that, I just checked the Journey's website and the shoes I ordered are still available for order!

Naturally, this experience has ruined this company for me. I will no longer be giving them my business. They need to get organized, keep better track of their stock, and keep whoever is in charge of the website up to date so they can stop false advertising!

I have another story of what happened when I mentioned false advertisement to the "customer service" supervisor.
