Unreliable & Unprofessional

We had heard of this company from Teambuy.ca (a company that offers purchases at discounted prices to promote businesses through group buy). I had booked an appointment with KLEAN to have our condo cleaned for resale the day before we handed off our place to the real estate agent. We had also booked additional services (carpet shampoo/cleaning) for regular price with them. We had confirmed the appointment for 10AM, and had waited and waited, but no one showed up. We called the company several times and left numerous messages - but no one picked up or returned any of our calls. It was definitely an extremely frustrating experience.

We ended up having to call a different company for last minute cleaning as we were left with no other choice. Coincidentally, the other place we called ended up being cheaper than the "deal" itself.

I called again the following day just to see if we could get a response and/or explaination as to why they never showed, they picked up, but hung up as soon as I said "hello." KLEAN is very unreliable, unprofessional, and alot more expensive than many other cleaning service providers out there.
