Ripoff appointments not kept and argumentative with customers

I had made an appointment with the company for a home cleaning 3 weeks prior to the date of the requested cleaning. I had called and confirmed the appointment on two seperate occasions.

On the appointment date I sat and waited for over 2 hours for the cleaning people to show up at my home. I called the office and they were closed for the day being that it was a Saturday morning. I left a message requesting a call right away on Monday morning.

A representative of the company called and was immediately confrontational with me, claiming that I screwed up the appointment and it was in fact for the following weekend. He continued to raise his voice and argue that they do not make mistakes and I was the one that was wrong.

After about 5 minutes of the representative telling me that I was wrong, I must have wrote down the information wrong, and that they do not make mistakes therefore this whole issue was my problem he then asked if I still wanted them to clean. When I stated no he was ended the call with a "FINE" and then hung up on me.

This is the worst service I have ever received from any company. They were unreliable, their customer service was beyond awful, and they were extremely confrontational. Please do not use this company!
