Deceptive Dishonest Unreliable Unprofessional

This company is a louisville based Home Cleaning Service that sales large quanities of 1/2 price coupons on deal websites. They schedule appointments with the unsuspecting victim that bough the deal and then dont show up and avoid the phone calls. Please do not use this company.

I bought a groupon from this service and scheduled an appointment to have my home cleaned. On the day of scheduled service they no called, no showed. I tried calling them over and over with no answer. My husband finally called them 2 hours after they were suppossed to be there. They still did not answer but instead texted him saying that they were unavailable. I had a party scheduled for the next day and was stuck with no housekeeper.

The owner was very rude and unapologetic when texting (as she refused to call like any business would) and continued to claim that it was an "honest mistake". I offered to reschedule for the next morning and her response was "that's not gonna happen". I called groupon and they refunded my money but I was still stuck in a bad situation. Do not use this service. They are unreliable, dishonest, and very unprofessional. Absolutely not the type of business you want in your home.
