Won't Return Money after Cancelling

I cancelled an order of a refrigerator from this company and they sent me an email confirmation saying they would refund my money. It has been 3 weeks and no credit to my account. I have emailed and called at least 6 times and they promise each time that they will refund my money but they don't. I would be very careful ordering anything from them. I turned the matter over to my credit card company.
