Refund request - Carpet Cleaning

I have had an awful experience with Groupon. I bought a carpet cleaning voucher for Sunshine Carpet Cleaning. I called and booked the appointment, however on the allocated day no-one showed up as they had double booked. I re-booked, but again no-one showed up. This happened once more, then I requested a refund from Groupon.
Several weeks passed (7 to be precise) and numerous emails to Groupon, of which many were ignored, before I was assured I'd receive a refund. It's fitting to mention I had to threaten to lodge a complaint with the Commerce Commission before I was assured of a refund.
In essence, this experience was appalling. Groupon is quick to take money from people, but sloth-like when responding to issues. I'd never use them again, nor do I recommend anyone takes the risk of paying for a service that is never likely to happen.
