Merry Maids
The worst cleaning experience I ever had!

Decided to give Merry Maids a try and wow, what a disaster. Waited home all day and the maid shows up half hour late, never received a call. Paid for a deep cleaning and received a VERY bad sloppy cleaning, furniture and items were moved and not put back, everything was piled up after being "wiped" and not put back, had to re-arrange the entire house. Tables were not cleaned, just wiped, floors not cleaned just swiffered. Did not clean glass door or glass doors on entertainment center, overall left dirtier than how they came, how they managed that I'll never know. Their towels left lint of everything. HORRIBLE customer service, believe they forgot my appointment and scheduled me in last minute, called to set up an appointment when I already had one. After I paid almost $200 for a cleaning over a week before my appointment, they continued to ask me 3 times for my credit card payment AGAIN and AGAIN. Worst service you can find anywhere, very unprofessional and not worth the money in any way shape or form. Don't use Merry Maids, its a joke.
