Daily Marketing Calls in India Despite DND Registration

For a company of the standing of Citi, they present a shameful picture in India. Though I am a privileged card holder myself, I have been the unwitting victim of their no-holds-barred marketing calls, at the minimum half a dozen in a day, each claiming to offer me great loan deals. I have now registered in the DND database, and yet I am not confident these people will ever clean up their system.

If the situation does not improve, I plan to personally visit the Ombuds Cell of the Reserve Bank of India and lodge a strong complaint.

Interestingly, there is no privacy escalation contact available on their global website. So much for being customer-friendly (sic).
