No Mortgage Help After Job Loss, Disputes Never Filed

Citi has ruined my credit. I had a Citi credit card, and it jumped from 3,500 to over 7,990. I lost my job in October, and they did not care. They never worked with me on my mortgage, and they ruined it until I had no way to pay. I guess later in 2010 they came out with a home assistance program, but if they can approve even one person I would be in shock. Out of all the businesses I have dealt with, they are the biggest rip off. They never filed claims for me, so that means I lost hundreds of dollars in disputes over charges that someone made in India.

Be very careful that this whole points system does not get to you. Did anyone really ever get the 20,000 points from the thank-you points promotion for opening that new points offer they had around the middle of 2010?

All around, I have never been treated so badly in my 34 years of life as by this company.
