Request to stop the telemarketing menace in India

I'm a loyal and privileged credit customer of Citi. Yet, I'm throwing up my hands in despair unable to bear the onslaught of your telemarketing teams in India - on an average, I'm receiving about half a dozen or more calls everyday offering me 'loan facilities' that I neither need nor have I requested for - Can you put a stop to this shameful menace?
Or, will it warrant a visit to the Ombuds Cell of the Reserve Bank of India to shut up your telemarketing folks?
