Been in loan modification from april and now they are putting me in foreclosure

I been in loan modification with citi motgage from april to 2011.
Now they are telling me i am goimg into foreclosure.
I was paying and doing everything that they ask of me.
I been sending all they reguested over and over and over. For 2years and some.
After all that, i just found out that i was denied.
Now i have to pay 26.000 dallar before april. I need help.
