Travel flight complaints

I had booked a trip to Orlando for my family for Jan. All was well until we decided to change our flight home due to weather in Boston. After being placed on hold several times and not being able to understand any of the reps I spoke to as their English was horrid. Travelocity informed me that I would be required to pay $75 per ticket change fee as well as a change in ticket price going to the same place two days later. Then they wanted to charge me another $25 for them to press a button, which I refused and won (the only concession they have made). I ended up paying $594.74 to change a flight to the same location!!! I was doing this while at Epcot in Orlando. My poor kids had top sit there and wait for over 2 hrs while I did this. The next day I went on the airlines website to check on the change, only to find that they showed a balance due of $695. Come to find out they Travelocity rep had not cancelled our original flight yet booked a new one. I called them again for the 5th time to correct this. The next thing was they booked my 3 yr old girl seperately from us and had her in her own seat 14 rows behind us. This required another phone call. I sent a complaint and received a response obviously read from a book, telling me that I didnt have to except the new flight. Can you believe they responded to an irate customer like this. Three days after arriving home, I get a call from my bank telling me my checking accouny was overdrawn. Turns out Travelocity charged a seperate credit card for the fees due per my request, and now I find that they put a hold on my debit casrd for $574. No one can explain why! Thank god my bank is removing it! This is by far the worst business experience I have ever had!!!
