Unauthorized Charge

On Feb 28, I went to MVQ website to obtain credit report. The fee was $1.00. I charged this fee to my debit card. On March 3, I was charged a fee of $19.95 from MVQ. I do not know what this charge was for. I tried to contact them by phone but only received an automated service. I had to cancel through the automated service, so I'm not sure if my cancelation was received. I also sent them an e-mail stating I wished to cancel and I wanted some confirmation of the cancelation.
