HP adamant to resolve

I did p[urchased the Notebook from HP with the warranty for 2 years. The notebook went faulty 3 times and the 4th time they send me a box without foam to send it to the wreakage place in Burlington. Replaced with a notebook of their choice.

This is wrong, I did not get chance to choose my fauly free notebook because I had the warranty coverage.

The 2nd note book send by HP send 3 times and again I had a problem, so I called and noted the minutes of the conversation. The HP send the box so I packed and sendit to them, thinking it is going to the Wreakage place. Always 4th repair HP replace the unit within the warranty. Now the HP blaming me for the damage of the unit. It was damaged during the transit. It is not my fault.
I need this to be rectified by HP.
