Taking way too long for a CompleteCare Warranty Replacement

I purchased Dells CompleteCare Accidental Damage Service when I purchased my notebook, which covers most accidental damage. I accidentally destroyed my notebook (which is covered under this warranty) and sent it in to Dell with the box they provided. They received the broken notebook on Mar 5 9:41 AM in Houston Texas. I was called the next week, and told the machine was beyond repair and it would be replaced free of charge. It is now April 15 and I still have not received a replacement. Ive called around 10 times, and each time I call, Im told it will be 7 to 10 business days and am given the runaround with no exact date Ill receive the replacement. The warranty contract specifically states, Once at our repair facility, we may repair the Product or ship you a replacement Product depending

On our assessment of the damage to the Product.in some cases, where we can determine over the

Telephone that a replacement Product will be necessary, we may in our discretion, ship you a replacement

Product immediately.
It was decided they would replace the product a month ago, and I have not received the replacement.

I have been without my notebook for over a month now. I was misled and lied to when I purchased the accidental care warranty. They stated I would receive a repaired or replacement machine as soon as possible. A month and 10 days isnt as soon as possible. I would like the replacement machine and monetary compensation for the month of business that has been affected by not having a replacement that I was guaranteed through the warranty.
