Sears purchase complaint - Mattress and box springs

I purchase a mattres on February. It was fine for 2 1/2 months after that the matress started to sag and now its really really soft. The reason I purchase the matress its beacuse it was nice and firm. I paid about 1,300 for it. I have bought lots of appliances from sears I owend a vip card and its really sad that I am so unhappy with this mattress. Every day I wake up with back pains. I called several times the last time the rep told me she will send some paper for me to fill out and take pictures and I never received them.
