Comcast is Stealing Advertisers Commercial Time?

It is no longer my imagination that aside from the numerous unethical practices of Comcast Corp., they have broadcasting leverage to cut off paid commercial time to insert their own advertising. It is understood that some stations and broadcast companies may trim seconds here and there to stay on track for programming purposes. Under Comcast services, it is remarkable that each time a commercial has a very noticable cut off of the end of the paid advertising time, instantly a Comcast commercial appears. All advertising agencies, companies and their legal representation with direct advertising interests should take notice. Without knowledge of the industry, perhaps the FCC and other regarded agencies should take notice as well. Is Comcast ripping off commercial advertising time??
