No results/lack of communication

Signed up in July. Pai $1200 up front which should have been a RED FLAG right there. They were going to rent our property for $1300 a week so seemed like if we even got one rental we at least come out even which is better than in the hoele which is where we are nowl Promised we would get a rental within a month. Spoke with Ryan Winters again on 10/7 and he said they did not have our paperwork (supposedly he was new and the old person did not leave any previous information, which I find hard to believe) so could I FAX it again which I did same day. Still heard nothing so called again on 11/10/10 and spoke with Ryan again. He said they did get it and were still working on it and should have something by Christmas due to their Holiday Showcase promotion. It is now Jan. 17 and still have heard nothing. This is the second company I have listed with over the years and as far as I am concerned this company and any other similar company are SCAMS. They take your money and do nothing. When a company offers to market by property and take a cut of what it rents for when it rents then I will consider it again but never if they want money up front!!
